IRC Global Adds Hunt Executive Search as Newest Member Firm

September 23, 2019 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners has added Charlotte, NC-headquartered Hunt Executive Search as its sixth member firm in the U.S.

“The U.S. is such a key market for IRC, and it is great to have another leading search firm join the IRC family,” said Rohan Carr, president of IRC. “We further strengthen our capacity to partner and serve clients wherever they might be.”

Hunt Executive Search provides executive search and private equity/board advisory services. The boutique firm offers a deeply connected and engaged personal service approach and a 25-year history of strong relationships with multi-national, private equity and private company leadership globally.

The firm is led by Joseph B. Hunt, who has over 30 years’ executive search experience personally conducting hundreds of C-suite and functional vertical leadership searches and installing dozens of executives on boards.

“I’ve had the opportunity to meet with and assess most of the global networks,” said Mr. Hunt. “While rivals had some great people, none were equal to IRC’s leadership, commitment to connection and engagement amongst global partners, and one plus one equaling more than the sum of its parts. This occurs through collaboration and creates value for all stakeholders, especially our clients.”

IRC has partners in over 80 cities across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia. The consortium has completed more than 30,000 assignments for more than 3,000 clients in virtually every industry segment and function, according to the firm.
