IRC Adds New Member Firm In Israel

November 2, 2016 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) has added Hunter Executive Placement in Israel as its newest member firm.

Over the past decade, Hunter Executive has established itself in matching executive talent with key positions, both locally and internationally. The firm serves a wide array of industries including the financial services, banking and technology sectors.

“We are certain that joining IRC will enable our clients to benefit from the global capabilities and experience of an international company, and still be handled by the best professionals in a local boutique,” said Ron Magen, a Hunter managing partner. “This combination can contribute to best results with extraordinary service. Our advantage lies in the passion for our business, the enthusiasm and desire to take part and be part of one’s most crucial paths in life, whether it is a person or an organization. Our most valuable strength is our ability to recognize a need and translate it to a precise process which then enables a perfect action,” Mr. Magen continued. “Now we’ll be able to extend our services to a global reach.”

“We are extremely happy to become actively present in Israel, one of the most strategic markets in the world with a huge demand for executive talent,” said Patrick Westerburger, president of IRC. “With significant investments occurring across the country, we strongly believe our partnership with Hunter Executive Placement will create countless opportunities for our clients worldwide.”

Israel is considered the most advanced country in the Middle East in economic and industrial development. It has the second-largest number of startup companies in the world (after the U.S.) and the largest number of NASDAQ-listed companies outside North America. The Israeli economy was ranked as the world’s most durable economy in the face of crises, and was also ranked first in the rate of research and development center investments.

With a growing roster of leading executive search firms across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia, IRC Global Executive Search Partners now has more than 300 executive search professionals in 80 offices across six continents.
