August 1, 2016 – Penrhyn International has announced a further strategic expansion into North America with a joint venture partnership between Canadian executive search firms Leaders & Co and Davies Park Executive Search.
With offices in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver, Leaders & Co. / Davies Park Executive Search specialize in board level positions, leadership succession, and executive recruitment assignments based on fundamental, in-depth research on human capital, providing a seamless and human-centric approach to executive search.
Through their partnership, Leaders & Co. and Davies Park Executive Search are able to offer the a distinctive and highly structured in-depth research approach customized to meet each client’s needs. It provides market intelligence on human capital for confidential requirements.

A few months back, Penrhyn elected Michael Herst as chairman and Charles Lew as director and treasurer. Over the past 37 years he has conducted more than 375 search engagements, and along the way earned a national reputation within the search industry.
