IIC Partners Adds New Member Firm in Czechia and Slovakia

January 21, 2020 – IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has expanded with the addition of executive recruiters Teamconsult as its newest member firm. Located in Prague and Bratislava, Teamconsult will substantially strengthen IIC Partners’ position in the Central and Eastern European region.

Teamconsult is focused on serving international organizations with business operations or investment interests in Czechia and Slovakia. The firm’s team of senior consultants are fluent in English, German, Czech, and Slovak, and were handpicked for their specialist industry knowledge. As a team, the expert consultants cover most sectors and functions.

“Teamconsult is one of the pioneers of executive search in the CEE region,” said Oliver Schmitt, co-founder and managing partner of Teamconsult. “As early as 1993 we began operating in these post-communist economies, helping international clients identify and attract local executive talent. After more than 25 years of growth and progress, we are excited to have joined IIC Partners, one of the world’s top ten executive search organizations, and become part of a global network of consultants operating at the highest international standards.”

“By joining a strong global organization like IIC Partners, we can now offer our clients leading executive search and talent management services around the world,” said Ilona Milačková, co-founder and partner of Teamconsult.

“IIC Partners’ clients from across the globe stand to greatly benefit from our strong local expertise and talent networks in two of the strongest economies in CEE,” said Jakub Kuvik, country manager of Teamconsult Slovakia. “As most of our clients are foreign investors, we are well-positioned to handle international search assignments and we look forward to expanding upon our cross-border work.”

“Teamconsult is one of the largest and most established executive search firms in the CEE region, with an exemplary track record that spans decades,” said Christine Hayward, executive director of IIC Partners. “We were extremely impressed with their high standing among international clients and our global network has been significantly strengthened with their membership. Their expertise across multiple sectors and functions will be a great asset to our global practice teams, and we look forward to learning from their innovative approach to solving leadership challenges in an ever-changing world,” she said. “What a great start to the decade.”
