InterSearch Expands Presence in Spain and Portugal
December 5, 2019 – InterSearch Worldwide, a global alliance of executive search companies with 90 offices in 50 countries, has added Euromanager to strengthen its presence in Spain and Portugal.

With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, four partners and over 25 consultants/researchers, Euromanager will represent InterSearch exclusively in the Iberian Peninsula. Membership was approved after a rigorous selection process by the board of directors and standard quality committee of InterSearch Worldwide.

Growing Consortium
InterSearch has experienced some growth over the past year. Recently, InterSearch China announced the opening of ZW HR Consulting’s new office in Qingdao. Clara Tao joins the firm as office manager for the new location. “The Qingdao office will strive to integrate the resource advantages of the headquarters and offices all over the country, seize opportunities, focus on the whole country and face the world,” said Ms. Tao.
ZW HR Consulting provides recruitment solutions focused on mid-senior level professionals. Originally founded in Shanghai in 1998, ZW HR has since grown to have 12 offices across Asia and over 200 employees. In 2012, ZW HR Consulting became the exclusive member of InterSearch Worldwide.

Earlier this year, InterSearch Norway named Ingvild Myhre, an experienced board and technology leader, as its new chairwoman. “Ms. Myhre has extensive boardroom level experience,” said Trond Hess, CEO of InterSearch Norway. “She has also held several top-level executive positions with large, high-profiled Norwegian technology companies. That is a perfect match for us.”
Ms. Myhre is a partner with consulting firm Agera Norge. She said she is looking forward to her new position. “Being able to contribute to positioning our best men and women for top-level executive positions is something I find both important and exciting,” she said. “Diversity within senior executive committees and boardrooms is equally an aspect I believe will be of great importance going forward.”
