IIC Partners Adds Farber’s Interim Management and Executive Search Practice

September 26, 2019 – IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has expanded with the addition of Farber’s Interim Management and Executive Search practice.

Farber’s search practice, with professionals based in Toronto and Vancouver, specializes in carrying out interim management and executive search assignments across a broad variety of industry sectors for all senior leadership and C-suite functions.

Continued Expansion

Over the past year, IIC Partners has seen a wave of growth. The spring, it announced the appointment of five new leaders to its practice groups. Stephan Breitfeld, partner of Ingeniam Executive Search & Human Capital Consulting in Frankfurt has led IIC Partners’ life sciences and healthcare practice group since July. John Wilhelm, a vice president at Dinte Executive Search, became deputy leader of the firm’s industrial practice group. Louise Gatenby, managing partner and co-founder of the Orcid Partnership, became deputy leader of the firm’s consumer and retail practice group. William Lacon, a partner at CurzonTrinitas, has takem on the role of deputy leader of IIC Partners’ energy practice group. Allan Laurie, a director with de JAGER Executive Search, now leads the firm’s technology, digital media and telecommunications practice group.

The organization also recently added the Orcid Partnership in Liverpool, England as a member firm. Orcid Partnership became the organization’s third office in the U.K. and will strengthen IIC Partners’ consumer and retail practice across the EMEA region. The firm is a senior executive and non-executive search and leadership consultancy. For over a decade, the firm has worked in a range of consumer, retail, B2B and service sectors supporting the recruitment and development of senior talent. Judy Atchison is the founding partner.
