Cornerstone International Group Adds New Member Firm in the Ukraine

April 29, 2019 – Cornerstone International Group, a global executive search and leadership development firm, has expanded its footprint in Europe with the addition of Business Active as a member firm in the Ukraine. This is the third executive search firm to join the EMEA region of the global network in the last six months. Cornerstone now has 27 members in Europe.
Based in Kyiv, Business Active was founded and managed by Anna Nesterchuk and her husband Oleg Zhadan. The firm has provided high-level executive search services and C-suite recruitment on both local and international levels for more than 10 years. Business Active will join Cornerstone Ukraine.
Ms. Nesterchuk leads searches within the agriculture, retail, consumer market, logistics and telecom sectors with a focus on functional responsibility for CEO, HR, marketing and sales positions. Mr. Zhadan is responsible for the strategic development and financial strategy of Business Active as well as maintaining relationship with major stakeholders and key clients of the firm.

Cornerstone’s recent expansion within the EMEA includes new member firms in Zurich and Brussels. Christian Ulrich is the founder manager of Cornerstone Zurich and in Brussels, Peter Buytaert returned home from an extended period in Asia to take up executive search in Belgium.
Growing Global Search Provider

Cornerstone also recently opened new offices in Brussels and Zurich. Peter Buytaert returns from several years in China to manage Cornerstone Brussels. He has more than 25 years of international executive management, HR leadership and executive search experience, of which 12 years were spent in China and 14 years in locations such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul. Cornerstone’s Zurich office is led by Christian Ulricht, owner and manager of Ulrich Associates AG.
