August 18, 2016 – Centerstone Executive Search & Consulting has opened a new office in Philadelphia. Ann Gratz, managing director, and Lynne Leger, senior vice president, will lead the new office. Together, they bring a combination of retail, consumer products and service sector knowledge to the new location.

Over her 25-year career as a retail executive and partner in the search industry, Ms. Gratz honed her ability to identify leaders possessing a combination of character, style, skill and experience best correlated with achieving business results. Prior to joining Centerstone, she served as senior vice president of human resources for David’s Bridal, where she was responsible for the company’s overall people strategy, organizational alignment and all aspects of the human resources function.

In her own 25 year-plus career in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors, Ms. Leger held senior and executive positions in store operations, consumer insights and marketing strategy with companies including Lane Bryant, David’s Bridal, Borders Books, EMI Music, and DMI Music Strategy.
