Bourne Executive Search Launches in the U.K.

Bourne Executive Search Launches Suffolk, U.K.

April 3, 2018 – An array of new recruiting firms has been launching around the world in recent months. The latest: Bourne Executive Search in Suffolk, England recently opened its doors for business.

“I believe in quality over quantity, and this is especially applicable in senior level recruitment,” said founder and director Charlotte Bourne, in a recent interview with the East Anglian Daily Times. “My techniques are precise and accurate, meaning I don’t have a scatter gun approach and both clients and candidates can feel like the service they get from me is extremely tailored and specific to their needs.”

With more than five years of executive search experience, Ms. Bourne most recently served as a recruitment manager with IG Recruit. Before that, he was a recruitment consultant with Pure Resourcing Solutions. She also served a stint as a consultant within HR practice at Hays.

“I’ve recruited locally and globally over the years and enjoy both,” Ms. Bourne told East Anglian. “I love Suffolk, the place I was born. I have great network here and enjoy being part of this community and hope to continue being part of it,” she said. “I have also had success internationally across Europe and in the U.S. and so am able to support recruitment worldwide.”

After years working in agency recruitment, Ms. Bourne opted to set up Bourne Executive Search. She explained that she felt she had refined her search techniques and therefore had the ability to detect highly skilled, senior and technical individuals. “By working closely with business leaders I don’t only source talent, I help strategize their recruitment plans and streamline their processes to ensure no time is wasted, every resource is utilized and therefore no talent is overlooked,” said Ms. Bourne.
