Mr. Pandey joins Cummins after seven years with Goodyear Tire and Rubber, the last six of which were spent as the global head of executive recruiting. In this position, he provided highly consultative and strategic end to end global executive recruitment capability to support senior leadership hiring across all Goodyear divisions. Before that, Mr. Pandey was area talent acquisition director, Asia Pacific and Japan, for Abbott Laboratories. During his career, he has also held senior roles with Covidien (Tyco Healthcare), AMEC, and GE Capital.
