Bedford Consulting Group Expands in Calgary

January 8, 2019 – Stephen Diotte has joined the Bedford Consulting Group as its newest partner. He will lead the design of talent management systems for clients, based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Mr. Diotte is a national expert in compensation, organization effectiveness, human resources optimization, change leadership and labor relations.

Most recently, he was with Odgers Berndtson where he was partner and head of leadership services for the firm’s western region, as well as the firm’s new Canadian energy sector expert.

“Stephen has designed end-to-end operating models and organizational structures for some of North America’s highest-performing institutions in the mining, oil and gas sectors across North America and abroad,” said Howard Pezim, managing director of the Bedford Consulting Group. “Bedford is thrilled to have Stephen onboard as a partner to help our clients build superior organizational capability,”

Mr. Diotte brings 35 years of corporate and consulting experience to the firm. He has worked for some of the field’s leading companies, including McKinsey & Company as associate partner, Mercer Human Capital Consulting as the North American energy and resources leader, Deloitte Consulting in Calgary as managing partner and MEG Energy as vice president human resources, information technology and corporate services.
