Bedford Consulting Group Expands in Calgary
January 8, 2019 – Stephen Diotte has joined the Bedford Consulting GroupĀ as its newest partner. He will lead the design of talent management systems for clients, based out of Calgary, Alberta.
Mr. Diotte is a national expert in compensation, organization effectiveness, human resources optimization, change leadership and labor relations.
Most recently, he was with Odgers Berndtson where he was partner and head of leadership services for the firmās western region, as well as the firmās new Canadian energy sector expert.

Mr. Diotte brings 35 years of corporate and consulting experience to the firm. He has worked for some of the fieldās leading companies, including McKinsey & Company as associate partner, Mercer Human Capital Consulting as the North American energy and resources leader, Deloitte Consulting in Calgary as managing partner and MEG Energy as vice president human resources, information technology and corporate services.
