Taylor Strategy Partners Adds Leader to Fuel Growth

October 10, 2018 – Executive search firms continue to look for more ways to drive growth — and manage it.

Recently, Columbus, OH-headquartered firm Taylor Strategy Partners added Angie Aldinger as vice president of business development.

Ms. Aldinger will lead business development efforts across all business lines at the firm, including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), executive & professional search, consulting & assessment and sales accelerator, a unique solution for sales force expansion.

Ms. Aldinger brings significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry from her 21 years at Publicis Health, including positions in business development and talent acquisition. “Angie possesses incredible business savvy and passion for the industry,” Mr. Gamble said. “I look forward to her success at Taylor Strategy Partners.”

Ms. Aldinger’s appointment comes on the heels of several executive promotions to further fuel customer success. Taylor Strategy Partners has promoted several key executives in 2018 across a number of service platforms:

  • RPO:Jennifer McDonald was promoted to the position of vice president of talent acquisition – RPO. In her role, she develops and manages personalized RPO solutions from the firm’s Raleigh, NC office.
  • Executive & Professional Search:Shawn Kerek was promoted to the position of VP, managing director – executive & professional search. He leads commercial searches from the firm’s Columbus office. Ken Amicon, VP, managing director – executive & professional search continues to offer leadership over corporate searches also from Taylor Strategy Partners’ Columbus office.
  • Consulting & Assessment:Megan Van Hoy was promoted to the position of VP, managing director – consulting & assessment. She leads the firm’s team of in-house industrial / organizational psychologists from Charlotte, NC.
  • Corporate Functions:Mike Muzi was promoted to the position of VP, operations & strategy. He focuses on the strategic vision and efficiency of Taylor Strategy Partners.

Options Group Names Chief Growth Officer
Global financial recruiting specialist Options Group appointed Richard Stein to the newly created role of chief growth officer at the firm. As part of his expanded duties, Mr. Stein develops and implements programs and management processes designed to accelerate Option Group’s revenue and profitability growth globally.


The firm also recently formed an alliance with Allego, a mobile video sales learning platform. The partnership is to bring Allego’s sales learning technology to Taylor Strategy Partners’ pharmaceutical customers through its “sales accelerator” platform. The search firm’s customers will have access to a sales training and enablement platform to help prepare sales reps for success during and after the critical drug launch period.

Firms Looking to Excel Growth

Taylor Strategy Partners is not the only search firm looking to boost growth with specialized executives. Recently, DRG Search and ZRG Partners added Amichaim Abramson as chief strategy officer and Alex Bennett as chief growth officer, respectively.

Mr. Abramson collaborates with the DRG team to continue providing top-notch executive search services across the non-profit sector. He also works closely with CEO Dara Klarfeld and David Edell, the firm’s president, “to build upon DRG’s experience in talent recruitment in order to diversify the products and services we offer our clients,” DRG said.
