Alexander Hughes Names President of Recruiting Subsidiary

October 12, 2018 – Executive recruiters are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet the demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations.
Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.
Didier Simon de Bessac was recently named president of Managers by Alexander Hughes, a subsidiary of Alexander Hughes. Managers by Alexander Hughes specializes in searches for key managers, specialists and high potential future leaders.
Mr. Simon de Bessac will lead the teams of consultants whose expertise covers all sectors of activity and coordinate the international development of the brand, the firm said.

Mr. Simon de Bessac has held several senior management positions and has acquired a unique blend of knowledge in corporate strategy, human resources management and business development, said the firm. He has 15 years of experience in search, during which he has led teams of consultants and conducted executive search assignments for leader companies.

Mr. Simon de Bessac has also served as commercial director for a market leader in professional training. More recently, he has held a key role in general management for Alliance du Commerce, an organization of French retail companies.
