AIMS International Adds New Member Firm in Argentina

January 14, 2019 – AIMS International has strengthened its presence in Argentina with the addition of professional coaching and executive search firm Vistage Argentina. Juan Luis Crespin, chairman of the firm, joins as managing partner, AIMS International Argentina, along with Laura Martinez who becomes a partner.

Mr. Crespin and his team said it is “their great pleasure to join AIMS International, which will contribute to further growth of their organization by utilizing a network of like-minded professionals, having access to highest industry standards and truly global reach.”

Mr. Crespin has over 20 years of experience in executive positions with various international companies. He is an experienced professional in the field of business process engineering in general, with a special focus on HR consulting and executive search.

Prior to her career in executive search and HR consulting, Ms. Martinez gained extensive finance and sales experience. She also has significant lecturing experience in the business planning field.

Ms.  Martinez said her firm was proud and excited to join AIMS International’s network and looked forward to cooperation with various partners throughout the Americas and the world. “Such partnership and access to global best practices shall generate added value for their current and future clients,” she said.

The recruiting organization also added Takehiko Ono as managing partner of AIMS Thailand. Mr. Ono has over 20 years of experience in executive search and the HR industry. Before joining AIMS, he served several industry sectors, including automotive, IT and telecommunications. As managing director of a recruiting company, he staffed foreign engineers for manufacturing companies in Japan from Thailand, Vietnam and China, and searched for executives in those countries.

Lastly, AIMS elected Moscow-headquartered executive recruiters Midland Hunt as a member firm. Midland’s founder Marina Stepanova assumed the title of managing director AIMS Russia. Ms. Stepanova and her team focus exclusively on search for C-level executives, board positions and middle management roles. They have more than 12 years of experience working with Russian and multinational organizations.
