Vetted Solutions Expands Staff and Leadership Team

December 6, 2021 – Washington, D.C.- based Vetted Solutions has announced additions to the firm’s leadership team and the promotion of several key staff members. Leslie M. Stokes joins as vice president, Jude Rosenberg rejoins as senior associate, David Malpica returns to the firm as senior associate, and Ari Benjamin has been promoted to associate. “What we’re doing today reflects both the exceptional capabilities of some very talented people and the confidence our clients continue to place in our firm,” said Jim Zaniello, the firm’s president and founder. “We’ve grown steadily over the past decade by combining real search expertise with a passion for finding and recruiting the exceptional talent that makes our clients succeed. These four people embody that philosophy perfectly.”

Ms. Stokes is a noted leadership figure from the healthcare sector. She will join Norris Orms in Chicago as one of the firm’s most senior officers, with a focus on serving the rising demand for leadership from the healthcare and medical sector. Her resume includes leadership roles with the American Medical Association, Baxter Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck. Additionally, she served as interim CEO of the American Brain Tumor Association. While her professional focus has been in healthcare, she has also served in civic and professional roles for a wide range of groups, including the Black Women in Science and Engineering Stem Program and the National Black MBA Association. Ms. Stokes is a popular public speaker on diversity, equity, inclusion and access issues and is active in numerous mentoring and leadership-development programs.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to apply all that I’ve learned about the broad healthcare field and to assist in identifying the right talent for a high-performing healthcare system,” said Ms. Stokes. “We need exceptional leaders who understand the nuances of healthcare and can build that system, and that’s what Vetted Solutions is all about – helping clients find the best available talent to help organizations meet their goal.”

Mr. Zaniello cited her broad experience as an additional resource across the full spectrum of the firm’s clients. “Leslie is a recognized and respected figure far beyond the healthcare arena,” he said. “Her insights into effective leadership in today’s world will be invaluable to any organization.”

As a self-described “candidate care” specialist, Ms. Rosenberg adds to the firm’s candidate identification and evaluative capabilities. Her experience and focus on this essential element of search has made her popular among clients and a key asset to her Vetted Solutions colleagues.

Mr. Malpica returns to the firm in Washington, D.C., where his expertise in technology and experience in diverse talent acquisition roles will expand the firm’s research and project management capabilities. He returns to the firm after expanding his skill set in talent acquisition roles in the consulting world, especially in the use of technology to enrich organizational research activities and to improve project-management processes related to human resources and recruitment. His multicultural background and personal involvement with the arts, music and entertainment community have helped him develop a noteworthy ability to look beyond tradition and convention in crafting innovative leadership solutions.
