Stokes joins as vice president, Jude Rosenberg rejoins as senior associate, David Malpica returns to the firm as senior associate, and Ari Benjamin has been promoted to associate. “What we’re doing today reflects both the exceptional capabilities of some very talented people and the confidence our clients continue to place in our firm,” said Jim Zaniello, the firm’s president and founder. “We’ve grown steadily over the past decade by combining real search expertise with a passion for finding and recruiting the exceptional talent that makes our clients succeed. These four people embody that philosophy perfectly.”
Ms. Stokes is a noted leadership figure from the healthcare sector. Ms. Stokes is a popular public speaker on diversity, equity, inclusion and access issues and is active in numerous mentoring and leadership-development programs.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to apply all that I’ve learned about the broad healthcare field and to assist in identifying the right talent for a high-performing healthcare system,” said Ms. Stokes. “We need exceptional leaders who understand the nuances of healthcare and can build that system, and that’s what Vetted Solutions is all about – helping clients find the best available talent to help organizations meet their goal.”

His multicultural background and personal involvement with the arts, music and entertainment community have helped him develop a noteworthy ability to look beyond tradition and convention in crafting innovative leadership solutions.
Mr. Benjamin has built a reputation among the firm’s clients and his colleagues as an exceptional operations manager, applying the organizational and project-management skills gained through service with the Israeli Defense Forces to provide consistent delivery of the personalized service demanded by clients. His new role will enable him to expand his scope of duties and his involvement in the search process, helping maintain the firm’s stringent service standards as its client roster continues to expand.
