Secured Signing Integrates with Bullhorn to Provide Digital Signature Capability

November 6, 2019 – Secured Signing recently announced a new integration to allow digital signature capabilities from within Bullhorn’s applicant tracking and customer relationship management system. With this incorporation, recruiters can now send documents to candidates or clients for digital signatures.
“We’re excited to launch our integration with Bullhorn,” said Gal Thompson, regional manager for Secured Signing. “For close to a decade, Secured Signing has had the opportunity to work with specialist providers and some of the largest recruitment agencies across the world. Over this time, our product has evolved in response to customer feedback. The result is a comprehensive digital solution that fits easily into recruiters’ existing processes. We’re excited to bring these capabilities to Bullhorn clients who can now use them without ever leaving the Bullhorn platform.”
The newly launched integration allows Bullhorn users to include digital signing function in the candidate, client contact, placement, job and opportunity sections within Bullhorn. Features of the integration include: sending documents to client contacts and candidates with just a few clicks, building document templates with two-ways fields mapping, pre-filling documents from Bullhorn records, pulling information from forms and documents back into Bullhorn records with two-way data flow, and automatically saving signed documents in the appropriate records in Bullhorn.
This latest integration empowers agencies to become paperless, improve their compliance processes, and deliver a professional signing experience for their customers, said the Auckland, New Zealand-based data security company.
Comprehensive and Compliant
“Secured Signing has completely changed the way we handle paperwork with clients and candidates,” said Julian Greaves, director of Find Recruitment, a New Zealand-based staffing and recruitment firm. “All our forms are mobile-ready and have two-ways data flow. The consultant simply selects the right forms and sends them out with a few clicks. Our candidates or clients fill in and sign documents without the need to print anything resulting in a much faster return. Once signed, all forms are automatically saved in the right Bullhorn records – no more double data handling – which means our consultant can focus on our core business and not paperwork.”
Secured Signing provides a comprehensive and compliant software as a service platform that utilizes the secure, personalized, X509 PKI Digital Signature technology and enables the customization of a full range of eForm and eSignature capabilities. Founded in 2008 by TME Consulting Ltd., Secured Signing develops data security products and technology that serve a wide range of industries worldwide.

The Bullhorn Consulting Services team is comprised of experienced consultants familiar with companies across all industries to provide high-touch client engagement. Bullhorn’s global team of consultants builds relationships with customers by understanding their business goals to maximize value and help accelerate product adoption. Closing the Loop
Bullhorn VMS Sync, launched last year and formerly known as Fyre Sync, will now allow companies to close the loop by automating both the capture of jobs from a VMS and also the submittal of candidates to fill those jobs.
The combination of functionality in Bullhorn VMS Sync creates a “closed-loop” integration between applicant tracking systems and vendor management systems, said Bullhorn. It also allows for full-scale automation of VMS processes, enabling agencies doing high-volume placement to dramatically reduce manual work and execute more quickly than competitors.
“There’s no doubt about it – working VMS jobs has traditionally been tough,” said Mitesh Ashar, senior vice president of product management for Bullhorn. “Our customers are used to living in Bullhorn and doing everything they need to do in a single system. Having to bounce between various VMS solutions, copy and paste reqs and enter data manually is a productivity killer. Those days are over.”
Bullhorn is a global leader in CRM and operations software for the recruitment industry. More than 8,000 recruiting companies rely on Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships and power their recruitment processes from end to end.
