Search Solution Group Promotes Three to Key Roles

April 18, 2019 – Staffing and recruitment firm Search Solution Group has promoted three members of its team to key roles within the organization. Eric Fehr becomes vice president of operations. Josh Mangum was named senior director of corporate strategy. And Ashley Goldberg was chosen to lead the contract staffing group and was appointed president of the staffing division.

Mr. Fehr was previously senior director of operations. He will now maintain those responsibilities while working closely with the company’s president and divisional presidents to plan, direct and coordinate operations in support of the Charlotte, NC-based company’s three divisions — Search Solution Executive, Search Solution Group and Search Solution Staffing.

Mr. Fehr joined the firm as a recruiter and transitioned into the role of director of operations as the company grew. “Fehr is a known problem-solver with a strategic and goal-oriented mindset, making him a valuable asset to the development of Search Solution Group,” said the firm. “He has overseen the development of all facets of the organization — including the recruiting, sales, operations and marketing departments. New Leaders

Mr. Mangum started with Search Solution Group three years ago as director of strategy, and has since been a key driver in the continuous growth of the company. “His diverse background and strengths in marketing, sales and operational strategy have directly contributed to the implementation of forward-thinking positioning that gives Search Solution Group a competitive market advantage,” said the firm.

As senior director of corporate strategy, Mr. Mangum will continue to work closely with senior leadership to drive increased revenues by conducting industry research, analyzing current trends and evaluating company service offerings to develop winning go-to-market strategies and ensure the company is positioned for continued growth and expansion.

A Winning Team

Ms. Goldberg was previously director of national sales for five years. Before that, she was national sales manager. Before joining Search Solution Group, Ms. Goldberg was a sales consultant for Meltwater Group.
