TillmanCarlson Appoints Partner

March 19, 2018 – Recruiters in the search industry continue to climb the ladder within their respective firms. Another example: Executive search firm TillmanCarlson has named Conor Leamy as partner.

“Conor has been an instrumental member of the team over the last five years and his promotion is well deserved,” said Kelly Carlson, CEO.

“We’ve differentiated our firm by creating a collaborative team environment where every member of the team is focused on serving our clients and candidates in an outstanding fashion.”

Mr. Leamy joined TillmanCarlson in 2013 and quickly became an integral member of the team working closely with the firm’s partners. He plays an active role with clients and candidates and leads the search execution team while promoting collaboration and ensuring the firm delivers outstanding results, Tillman Carlson said. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a consultant with Navigant Capital Advisors.

“Rob and Kelly are great mentors and I welcome the opportunity to continue to partner with them and carry on the legacy of recruiting high impact leaders and providing personalized service to our clients,” said Mr. Leamy. “Our philosophy based on teamwork and collaboration is truly unique, and I’m committed and passionate about our mission to be the best team in the executive search industry.”
