Search Solution Group Opens in Atlanta
January 2, 2018 – Charlotte, NC-based executive recruiting firm Search Solution Group (SSG) has opened a new office Atlanta. The firm has hired Mini Brown to head the new location and develop relationships in the region.
“Established in 2002, Search Solution Group has continuously expanded due to the committed individuals that hold themselves accountable to our clients, candidates and to themselves,” said CEO Jeremy Gnozzo. “Our tremendous growth has caused us to relocate our company headquarters into a space nearly triple the size of our prior office. We look to continue to spread our footprint in coming months.”
Ms. Brown has over 13 years of experience in recruiting and business development in the Atlanta market. She gained recruiting experience in a variety of disciplines and worked with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 industry leaders.

Economically Developing
Atlanta was chosen because it is a city rich in culture and international presence, said SSG. The area is also seeing rapid economic development.
The Atlanta market is full of opportunity from both an HR talent and enterprise perspective, said the firm, with 29 Fortune 1000 companies. In addition, over 75 percent of the Fortune 1000 have a presence in the Atlanta area, and the region hosts roughly 1,250 multinational corporations. The Atlanta market is also home to companies including Coca-Cola Co., Home Depot, UPS, Delta Air Lines and Turner Broadcasting.
Search Solution Group focuses on recruiting mid- to senior-level executives in accounting and finance, engineering, manufacturing, human resources, operations, and legal on a local and national level. Mr. Gnozzo founded SSG in 2002 in Buffalo, NY. His expertise was originally in the accounting, finance, HR and sales industries. For more than 10 years, he worked on retained searches across the U.S. with Fortune 1000 companies, as well as medium and large public and private companies.
Expansion
The Bozeman office was created to provide local, industry specific, executive headhunting services and support to westward states, said the firm. It specializes in filling upper and mid-level positions in the following areas: sales, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting, IT, engineering, comp and benefits, marketing and life sciences fields.
Strong demand for human resources, manufacturing, operations and engineering talent, as well as the strong economic forecast for the city over the next five years were all factors in Search Solution Group’s decision.
