Ted is thrilled to be involved in Healthcare Technology during such a transformative time. He knows that the opportunity to make a positive impact through executive search is amplified by the ongoing changes in the industry, and he is excited to leverage his experience in technology recruiting to the advantage of Chasm’s clients.
Prior to Chasm Partners, Ted was a consultative full-cycle recruiter, working primarily with startups and venture-backed early growth companies to achieve their business objectives with careful talent selection. He specialized in recruiting for senior management and above, as well as strategic individual contributors in industries including healthcare, software, market research, and advertising.
Previously, Ted was responsible for several high-traffic retail businesses, including a men’s department with more than 25 direct reports, and annual volume exceeding $7M. There he was able to refine his skills in areas like talent assessment and acquisition, training and development, and employee engagement, in addition to broader business tools like P&L management, customer service, and conflict resolution. Realizing he had an affinity and aptitude for talent and human resources, Ted made the decision to transition into a career as an executive recruiter, and hasn’t looked back.
Ted received an undergraduate degree from Providence College in Business Management, where he also competed for their storied track team. Today his only running is in pursuit of his young sons and two dogs at the home he and his wife have in Southern Connecticut.
