With a passion for collaboration, as well as an ongoing desire to support patient centered solutions and improved health outcomes via hiring the right talent into burgeoning companies, Alison joined Chasm Partners in 2021.

Prior to Chasm, Alison was a part of ADP RPO and partnered with clients such as Astellas Pharma, Lundbeck, ZimmerBiomet, Hill-Rom, Astra-Zeneca, and Carestream Dental, placing mid to senior level leaders within each organization. She is a certified AIRS recruiter and specialized in diversity and social media sourcing efforts.

Alison attended Messiah College, earning a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a focus in French and Music. She currently resides in Hershey, PA with her husband, three children, and two border collies and enjoys hiking, singing, playing piano, and traveling to places like the Outer Banks, NC and Denver, CO.
