Renee manages the ChasmTEAM division of Chasm Partners, coordinating all recruiting efforts for multiple clients. She is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition from process improvement, candidate experience, and managing full-cycle recruiting.

Prior to joining Chasm, Renee worked as a Recruiter in companies such as Duke Energy, Ingersoll Rand, Ernst & Young, and Sony Music. Her experience in large companies provided her with expertise in campus recruiting, project management, and entry-level to executive recruiting.

Renee is from North Carolina and currently lives in Austin, TX. She attended Marshall University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. In her free time Renee enjoys exploring her new city of Austin and is an avid traveler.
