Cynthia is part of the ChasmTeam division of Chasm Partners where she recruits top tier talent for a variety of clients. As someone who has worked with numerous healthcare technology companies, she understands the immense value these organizations offer to so many diverse populations and is an advocate for their disruptive nature within the traditional healthcare space.

Prior to joining Chasm, Cynthia worked as a full-cycle Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist where she recruited, coached, and managed diverse talent and employee populations. Her experience partnering with high-growth startups, as well as established corporations across multiple industries and disciplines such as Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Law, Marketing, and Human Resources has made her both a versatile and knowledgeable recruitment professional.

Cynthia is from Long Island, New York and currently lives in New York City. She attended Roanoke College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. In her free time Cynthia enjoys attending and participating in sporting events, spending time at the beach with family and friends, and engaging in the many cultural events and activities NYC has to offer.
