Prior to joining Chasm, Jessica supported the hiring process for clinical teams, clinic managers, and regional leaders for a global dialysis provider. Beyond effective recruiting methods and high impact communication, she also carries forward many of their core values including teamwork, service excellence, and fun! Interview coaching and ATS management are strongsuits for her that result in identifying quality candidates and maximized efficiency.
Jessica hails from Oklahoma where she is raising one man cub and two fur babies. She enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and crafting/fabric arts.
