Stephanie McFadden

Stephanie has worked with Westwood Partners and its affiliate, Blackwood Associates, since January of 2015. She has developed an extensive network of relationships across Global Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Hedge Funds, both Equity and Fixed Income, during her decade in the industry.

Her search experience has been focused on mid to senior-level mandates, which has provided her with a strong foundation for candidate identification and assessment, as well as client management and strategic introduction skills.

Stephanie began her career as an analyst in Market Research and Investor Relations at a Fortune 500 firm, where she was instrumental in determining the firm’s global expansion strategy. Subsequently, she was an equity research analyst at Bear Stearns, where she performed fundamental analysis and valuation as part of an II-ranked auto parts team. In 1999, Stephanie leveraged her industry experience and pivoted into executive search, covering Equity Research on both the buy- and sell-side.

She also successfully ran her own recruiting company for five years, effectively expanding her focus across the Financial Services spectrum. Stephanie graduated with a BS in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
