Denise M. Rubino


Denise joined Westwood Partners in 2013, bringing extensive experience in candidate identification and development. Her thorough industry knowledge allows her to align the search strategy and candidate recruitment with the direct needs of the client, based on its market position and management team objectives.

Prior to joining Westwood, Denise was a Managing Director at Orion Advisors, LLC. She began her search career in 1996 at Warren International where she managed the firm’s candidate identification and development operations.

Before being tapped to head the group, she maintained its highest closure ratio and was responsible for candidate identification and recruitment for the firm’s most senior assignments. Subsequently, she became Vice President at PrinceGoldsmith LLC and a Director with Christian & Timbers’ asset management and insurance practices. Prior to entering the search industry, Denise served as Business Coordinator for Harvard Business School Publishing and Program Director at the Institute for the Future.

Denise earned an MS in Secondary English from Hofstra University and a BA in English from Rosemont College.
