David Trevena

Principal

David joined Westwood in May 2005. He specializes in recruiting mid and senior-level sales/marketing professionals primarily in Asset Management and Alternative Asset Management including within Hedge Funds and Private Equity.

David has over twenty years of experience in executive search for the financial services industry and has worked in New York, San Francisco, and London. Prior to joining Westwood, he spent thirteen years as a search consultant in New York with Cook Associates as Vice President and Head of their financial service group.

He also served as Managing Principal of Riotto-Jones, a boutique search firm specializing in asset management. Prior to entering search, David worked in the advertising and consulting fields. David earned his diploma in Business Administration from Kingston University in the U.K
