Danielle joined Westwood Partners in 2011 and has focused on candidate identification and development within global capital markets. She focuses on senior-level assignments initially within global capital markets and has since expanded to the asset management and hedge fund arenas. Danielle began her search career in 2010 at Sheffield Haworth in a role which directly supported Managing Directors on the Fixed Income and Equities team.

Prior to entering the search industry, Danielle served as the Program Coordinator for the Undergraduate Academies at the University at Buffalo. She worked in a community of students connected by similar experiences and opportunities to enhance their academic, civic, and personal growth. Danielle was responsible for developing programs that connected the students to faculty and staff from a variety of disciplines and to local city and regional leaders, who offered a real-world perspective to the classroom.

Danielle earned an M.Ed. in Higher Education and a B.S. in Urban Planning from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
