Joyce Fensterstock

Joyce is one of the founding Partners of Westwood and its Chief Operating Officer. She joined Westwood from The Capstone Partnership where she led the expansion of the Asset Management practice. Joyce began her career with Goldman Sachs as an investment banker.

She was recruited to PaineWebber’s Corporate Finance Department where she was subsequently named Co-Head of Investment Banking in 1984. After managing PaineWebber Capital, the firm’s merchant banking arm, Joyce became Head of Sales and Marketing for the PaineWebber Mutual Funds. In 1989 she was named President of the PaineWebber Mutual Funds and to Paine Webber’s Operating Committee. In 1993, she was named President of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management.

Joyce earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from Fairfield University, and BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. In addition, she pursued her PhD in Psychology at Fordham University.
