Managing Director

Sharon Stein joined ZRG Partners in 2016 as a Managing Director. While she has primarily specialized in Financial Services and Private Equity, during the course of her 20-year career in retained search she has also conducted numerous assignments on behalf of Consumer-facing and Technology companies. Sharon focuses on the recruitment of senior executives in General Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Analytics. In addition, she brings deep expertise in recruiting current and former consultants from the top-tier firms to roles in Private Equity Operations/Resources Groups, Strategy, and Sell-Side Equity Research.

Sharon has sustained a successful track record of helping to build senior leadership teams at both established and emerging companies. Given her broad range of experience she often presents her clients with innovative solutions to fulfill human capital needs.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Sharon spent 10 years as the Founder & President of Sagamore NA, a boutique retained search firm. Earlier in her career she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Raines International.
