Arjen “AJ” Ravenhorst joined ZRG Partners in January 2016 as a Managing Director in our Geneva, Switzerland office, to reinforce our Life Sciences Practice Area. AJ has nearly 20 years of executive search experience in Life Sciences, especially in Medical Devices.

He has become an expert in providing organizational solutions through identifying, attracting and securing the best available candidates. AJ has successfully conducted mandates in over 20 different countries, spanning Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia. He speaks fluent English, French, German and Dutch.
