Gerry Ricco

Gerry Ricco is a Managing Director and senior member of ZRG Partners Financial Services, Private Equity and Board practices. He focuses primarily on senior-level executive assignments and business expansion projects for U.S and global companies in Commercial Lending, Banking, Asset Based Lending, Equipment Leasing, Factoring, and Specialty Finance.

He is also actively engaged in chief executive officer and board advisory assignments, including succession and executive assessment projects. He combines an inquisitive, creative mind with skills in solving client problems relating to talent and business growth. Gerry joined ZRG Partners in 2003.
