Melissa Oszustowicz joined ZRG partners as a Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Services practice where she will continue to support key clients in the region and partner with projects globally. She will also work in further developing ZRG’s presence in the global agribusiness sector. She began her search career more than a decade ago at a boutique office in Minneapolis executing on a variety of searches.
She joined a mid-size global search firm in 2012 where she focused on healthcare and launched the firm’s global agribusiness practice. She focuses on C-Level and other senior level recruitment assignments and has completed searches for private and public companies from Fortune 500 to mid-size firms with a significant portion of her work with private equity backed portfolio companies.
