Susan Baldwin is a Managing Director in ZRG Partner’s Minneapolis office, and a member of the Healthcare Services practice. She has over fourteen years of executive search experience. Her clients include Payer, PBM, Pharmacy Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, Healthcare Technology, Population Health, Specialty Providers and Integrated Delivery Systems.

Her search work encompasses C-Suite and senior level executive roles across the full spectrum from CEO to Operations and Sales and Marketing. She is passionate about working strategically with clients to help solve their most challenging talent needs and build succession.
