Katie Gilmore is a Senior Director at BarkerGilmore where she specializes in recruitment of senior legal and compliance executives. Katie leverages her management experience to understand the motivations and career goals of each candidate so that she can ultimately place them in a position where they will be most successful. On the client side, Katie makes a point understanding of the company culture and mission before starting a search, intuitively seeking talent with an emotional intelligence that will align with the characterizations of the organization. Prior to joining BarkerGilmore, Katie was an inventory planning manager for a Fortune 500 retail company, helping to drive exponential revenue growth with a keen focus on optimization of the global supply chain and margin upside. In year-end peer reviews, Katie was celebrated for her strong cross-functional collaboration and team management skills. Her ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with others has made for a seamless transition to executive search.

Katie earned a B.A. in Finance and Spanish from Smeal School of Business at the Pennsylvania State University.
