Felicia Garcia-Hartstein, Search Consultant, has worked in the field of advancement for over 10 years, most recently serving as Executive Director of Presidential Advancement at the University of Rochester, where she worked closely with the President of the University, the Board of Trustees, and the Chief Advancement Officer in order to engage the University’s most capable donors in considering transformational gifts to support the University’s priorities.
Additionally, she has a breadth of advancement experience including fundraising for an academic unit, regional fundraising, involvement in a $1.2 billion campaign from start to finish, developing a volunteer engagement program from the ground up, Board and volunteer management, implementing Board retreats, and building relationships with the highest levels of leadership at one of the nation’s leading private research universities. Previously, she worked for a Fortune 100 financial services organization, TIAA, in Denver, Colorado.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and M.B.A from Colorado State University.
