PRAXI Alliance Adds Member Firm In Australia

September 19, 2017 – Global executive search consortium PRAXI Alliance Worldwide Executive Search has added Six Degrees Executive as its latest member firm. The PRAXI Alliance global network now spans four continents, with more than 30 countries and 70 offices worldwide.

Six Degrees Executive, which has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, provides in-depth specialist recruitment, talent consulting and C-suite appointments for its Australian market clients. David Braham, Paul Hallam and Nick Hindhaugh founded the firm in 2004, and have focused on building a team with strong sector knowledge and the ability to deliver executive level talent.

Mr. Braham, who serves as managing director of the executive search division, leverages his recruitment and search career spanning 21 years, to extend the firm’s reach. “I am very excited to be part of PRAXI Alliance,” he said. “We see this as an opportunity to add greater value to our clients through collaboration with like-minded partners.”

PRAXI director Fabio Sola said the addition comes at a perfect time. “Six Degrees Executive’s membership is an important step in our expansion strategy throughout the APAC region,” he said. “PRAXI Alliance will benefit from their strong expertise and market approach.”

Continued Expansion

In June, PRAXI added Madrid-based executive search firm Development Systems SA as a member firm. Development Systems serves clients in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico and Chile. The firm is led by CEO Maite Fuentes who has spent more than 35 years building a strong transatlantic partnership dedicated to executive recruiting and organizational consulting.

The organization also recently announced the additions of GattiHR and Academic Search International as member firms. With offices in Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia, GattiHR specializes in executive search, workforce analytics and HR technology services. The firm offers workforce analytical services in climate assessment, employer branding, incentive design and talent management, among other areas. GattiHR is the parent company of Gatti & Associates, an HR-focused executive search firm in the U.S., and Armstrong Franklin, an executive search firm for manufacturing, engineering and supply chain professionals.

Academic Search International is based in Stockholm with additional offices in Malmo and Gothenburg. Founded in 1991, the firm provides recruiting services, interim consulting and leadership assessment. The firm is led by CEO Brune Tavell.

PRAXI Alliance started the year by adding Istanbul-headquartered executive search firm Talent Smart as a new member. A newcomer to executive recruiting, the firm is focused on growing its presence thanks to its strong position in assessment and development services through its affiliate, Assessment Systems, under CEO and founder, Levent Sevinc.
