Pedersen & Partners Simon Mansfield Global Head of Defense Recruiting Practice

November 13, 2017 – Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has expanded with the addition of Simon Mansfield to its London team as a client partner within its industrial practice and global head of its defense search practice.

Mr. Mansfield has decades of in-depth expertise in the developing and emerging markets, recruiting board members for global firms. After a career in international banking that spanned almost 25 years, during which time Mr. Mansfield has worked with Chase Manhattan Bank, Banque Paribas, and Standard Chartered Bank, he entered the executive search industry in 1998.

Search Veteran

Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he was the managing director of DHR International, being responsible for assignments in the U.K., U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition, Mr. Mansfield is the main board member of the Chase Alumni Association, a serving magistrate in the City of Westminster and an active member of the Society of Business Economists and the Society of Technical Analysts. Before joining DHR, he served as regional practice leader, financial services, EMEA, at Stanton Chase. He has also gained executive search experience in various roles with Garner International and The Consulting Group.

In September, the firm appointed Keith Labbett as a client partner in Canada
Over the course of two decades, Mr. Labbett has placed hundreds of executive leaders and built  teams across all management functions, focusing on upper management to C-level positions. 

The firm named Lydia van der Meulen as a client partner in the Netherlands
She is also head of Pedersen & Partners’ life sciences practice for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. 

They also named Shavikesh Goel as principal and head of its Indo-German business
Mr. Goel is an experienced management consulting and search professional, with a career spanning over 17 years. He served as managing director for German firm Deininger Consulting.
