Osprey Executive Search Joins AltoPartners

September 30, 2019 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.

AltoPartners, an international partnership of independent executive search firms and leadership consultants, has expanded its global footprint through the addition of Toronto-based Osprey Executive Search. The firm is headed by Keith Labbett and covers Eastern Canada.

Using a bespoke selection and due diligence process, Osprey Executive Search helps clients recruit board members, directors, managers and senior specialists across all key industries. The team has worked across multiple industry sectors, with deep expertise in real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, private equity, board searches and executive leadership teams.

“In addition to our new member firm in Toronto, AltoPartners already has a Canadian presence through Kevin Hall and the team from Bluestone Leadership Consulting / AltoPartners Calgary,” AltoPartners said. “The addition of Toronto to the global alliance expands the footprint to 55 offices across 34 countries, with AltoPartners in Canada being represented jointly by Keith Labbett and Kevin Hall.”

“We are ecstatic about joining this fabulous alliance,” said Mr, Labbett, founder and managing partner of Osprey Executive Search. “It allows Osprey Executive Search to service our clients on their terms, while joining with the very best in the Executive Search industry to service our clients internationally.”

“We are pleased to welcome Keith and his team as our strong partner in Canada, bolstering our coverage across complementary sectors and industries,” said Mr. Hall, who serves as AltoPartners Canada managing partner. “Keith complements our well-established presence and will further provide deep local candidate and market insights.”
