DirectWomen’s mission is more critical than ever since women make up only 13 percent of boards of publicly traded companies in the Russell 3000. The organization is playing a key role in helping to transform the face of America’s public company boards by identifying leading women lawyers from around the country who have the experience, independence, business judgment, and diversity required for board effectiveness.
