November 17, 2017 – Westport, Conn-based executive search firm Leadership Capital Group has expanded with the addition of Jennifer Rosenthal as a partner.
With 25 years of executive search and human capital experience, Ms. Rosenthal is an expert in talent acquisition and assessment, management development and organization design. The firm described Jennifer as experienced at and passionate about helping management and CEOs, including women and others with diverse backgrounds, position themselves for career advancement.

She has completed hundreds of C-level engagements (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs), along with notable general management roles and heads of finance, HR, marketing and technology. Her clients have included: Vornado Realty Trust, PSE&G, Lockheed Martin, Oxford Properties, Bayer, Novartis, ADP, CIT, SL Green, Sealed Air, Merck, Skadden Arps, WeWork, Elsevier and NBC Universal.

Ms. Rosenthal previously worked as a principal of Rhodes Associates, an executive search firm focused on commercial and residential real estate, including investment, development, operations and services for commercial and residential real estate companies. Before that, she was with professional services firm Resources Global Professionals, where she was responsible for business development, client service. In that role, she launched RGP Search, an executive search business focused on senior level positions in the areas of finance, technology and human resources. She began her executive search career at Bert Davis Executive Search in 1993.
