The Lancer Group Opens Office in Dallas
January 12, 2018 – The Lancer Group, a La Jolla, CA-headquartered executive search firm, has opened a new office in Dallas and named Kevin Anderson as partner. The firm now has six offices in the U.S. and internationally.
Mr. Anderson brings to Lancer Group over 20 years of experience in executive search across the IT services, software, industrial technology, hardware and communication sectors. He has conducted numerous searches for boards of directors, chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, chief information officer and vice president positions. Prior to joining the firm, he held leadership roles at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles.
At Heidrick & Struggles, he led the firm’s IoT (internet of things) practice and was a founding member of the Austin, TX office where he created a strong technology market presence in the Southwest. Mr. Anderson was previously a founding partner of Anderson Partners, where he served clients in multiple industries with a focus on private equity and venture capital. His primary concentration was on developing and growing the firm’s technology practice.

Dallas-Fort Worth Market
