Lancer Group Recruits Chief Technology Officer for Minitab

June 22, 2026 – La Jolla, CA-headquartered search firm Lancer Group has recruited Kevin Gordon as chief technology officer of Minitab. “We’re excited to welcome Kevin Gordon as chief technology officer at Minitab,” the company said. “This is an exciting step forward in the evolution of our technology strategy and will help accelerate innovation across our organization and solutions platform.”

Mr. Gordon is a technology executive with extensive leadership experience across the life sciences, healthcare, consulting, and software sectors. He previously held chief technology officer and chief digital officer roles at Red Nucleus and Ori Biotech, respectively. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gordon was vice president of information technology at Tmunity Therapeutics and held a series of senior leadership positions with IQVIA and HighPoint Solutions, including vice president, technology principal; vice president, solutions development; managing director; senior director of application services; and director of program management. He also served as associate director of IT at Teva Pharmaceuticals and held leadership roles at Cephalon, where he focused on enterprise application technologies and global information systems.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gordon has specialized in digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, data architecture, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and technology solutions supporting life sciences and healthcare organizations.
