Kingsley Gate Partners Names Partner in Newly Opened Denver Office

September 15, 2016 – Executive search firm Kingsley Gate Partners has named Geoff Hall as a new partner to support the firm’s growing life sciences practice. Mr. Hall will be based out of Kingsley Gate’s newly opened Denver office.

With more than 17 years of unique and differentiated expertise in leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, legal, finance, quality and engineering, Mr. Hall will work alongside Buster Houchins, founding partner and senior partner, office of the CEO, to expand the life sciences practice to serve its growing base of clients. Mr. Houchins, like many of the Kingsley Gate partners, are former CTPartners recruiters.

Mr. Hall will be instrumental in the firm’s continued roll-out of its SaaS-based ClientSuite platform — including its Kingsley Gate MapFit offering — which provides a multi-tiered, unbiased assessment of a candidate’s thinking process and emotional intelligence.

Mr. Hall was previously CEO of Precision Wire Components, a medical technology and manufacturing business where he orchestrated the successful sale of the company to Creganna Medical in 2014. Prior to Precision, he served in several senior leadership positions at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device manufacturer, securing experience in pricing, partner ecosystems, sales and operations. He also brings extensive industrial psychology experience in behavioral-based interviewing and performance management skills to the company.

Denver Seen As Growing Hub for Recruiters

“We’re extremely pleased to have Geoff join our team,” said Nancy Albertini, founding partner, office of the CEO, at Kingsley Gate. “Geoff brings both an intimate knowledge of the talent challenges that face CEOs in the health and life sciences sector, as well as strong operational skills that will help support our firm’s growth strategy.”

“Geoff has deep relationships and proven expertise in the life sciences sector,” said Mr. Houchins. “Coupled with his knowledge of evaluating behavioral insights, he will provide tremendous value in helping our life sciences clients find and attract the best senior executive talent available.”

The Denver metropolitan area is home to a large number of bio tech, pharma and life sciences companies. Among them: ARCA Biopharma; ClearSight; MBC Pharma; SixOne Solutions; Compass Biotechnology; Boulder Biotechnology; Crosstrees Medical; Quark Pharmaceuticals; SomaLogic; Aspire Biotech; Baxter, Radiant Research; and Medtronic.

Founded in 2006, Kingsley Gate recruits senior leadership positions for private equity and venture capital portfolio businesses and Fortune 100 companies. Headquartered in Dallas, the firm employs consultants and recruiters with expertise in private equity, life sciences, technology, manufacturing and professional services.

The firm recently appointed Kirk Durossette as vice president of recruiting. He manages worldwide recruiting activities — from setting strategic direction and standard operating procedures to overseeing consultant training and auditing performance. Mr. Durossette served as a principal and executive search consultant for DHR International.
