Morgan Samuels Names Healthcare Practice Co-Leader

March 15, 2016 – Morgan Samuels, an L.A.-based human capital consulting and executive search firm, has appointed Linda Rebrovick as a senior client partner and co-leader of its healthcare recruiting practice. She will also lead the firm in the Nashville market.

In her new role, Ms. Rebrovick will be responsible for client relationships and executive and board director searches for both public and private companies. Her business and board experience includes over 25 years as an executive officer, five years as an entrepreneur, and 20 years serving as a board director.

She currently serves as a director on the boards of HealthStream, a healthcare workforce development and patient experience company; Tribridge Enterprises, a global cloud solutions and business technology services company; and Consensus Point, a global provider of prediction market research software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. She also serves as a member of the advisory board of Western Express.

In her roles as vice president at Dell Healthcare, and EVP / managing partner (healthcare) at KPMG Consulting, she was responsible for full service business consulting, including process improvement, organizational analysis, and the design and implementation of healthcare technology solutions. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Ms. Rebrovick was a candidate for the office of Mayor, Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County Government, and was CEO of Consensus Point.

According to the most recent U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report, healthcare employment increased by 38,000 in February, following a rise in January (+37,000). Job gains occurred in ambulatory healthcare services (+24,000) and hospitals (+11,000). Over the past 12 months, hospitals have added 181,000 jobs.
