He is also a respected industry thought leader, and has been frequently quoted in industry news and information sources such as Business Insider, Fierce Biotech and others.

Ms. Woodhead, who will be based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office, brings more than a decade of retained executive search and marketing experience to Kingsley Gate. She also worked with clients to support their human capital needs, including succession planning, talent assessment and executive coaching. Earlier in her career, she worked in brand management and marketing roles at The Walt Disney Company.

Founded in 2006, Kingsley Gate recruits senior leadership for private equity and venture capital portfolio businesses and Fortune 100 companies. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, the firm employs consultants and recruiters with expertise in private equity, life sciences, technology manufacturing and professional services.

Continued Expansion

Recently, Kingsley Gate introduced its new Synchronous Fit framework that leverages scientific cloud-based tools combined with insights from search consultants to provide the best fit between executives and companies. “The objective of the methodology is to ensure a lasting fit between client and candidate,” said Mr. Ramakrishnan. “Synchronous Fit accomplishes this by ensuring that risks are mitigated in the search process. This is achieved in two ways: first, by splitting the interview process between expert humans and intelligent cloud-based software,” he said. “Second, by quantitatively and separately scoring the experience, the attributes, the values and the references of the candidate.”

The firm also launched a new practice serving the financial services industry. The effort is led by two new senior partners, Mark Esposito and Ms. Scott, who both recently joined Kingsley Gate, also from Sheffield Haworth. With more than two decades of experience in the executive search industry, both Mr. Esposito and Ms. Scott bring financial services expertise and industry market intelligence to the firm. Kingsley Gate opened offices in New York and San Francisco recently to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion initiatives.
