Jobplex Names Diversity & Inclusion Practice Group Leader
March 24, 2021 – Jobplex, the Chicago-based partner company of DHR International, has expanded with of Soladé Rowe as managing partner and leader of the diversity and inclusion practice group. Based out of Washington, D.C., Mr. Rowe also will serve as a strategic advisor supporting firm-wide diversity initiatives for DHR. “His wealth of experience recruiting diverse leaders across a broad range of industries and functional areas will complement the firm diversity practices globally,” DHR said. “I am very pleased that Soladé will be joining the firm,” said Justin Hirsch, president of Jobplex. “His insight and personal experience with diversity equity and inclusion across multiple industries and functions will add tremendous value within Jobplex, DHR and to our clients.”
With over 20 years of recruiting and talent management experience, Mr. Rowe will be responsible for leading business development, search execution, client management, and candidate assessment for high potential, next generation leaders across all industries. In his role as head of the diversity and inclusion practice group, he will develop and implement innovative solutions as well as train on techniques to ensure Jobplex clients achieve a diverse feeder group of future leaders. “I see that there’s a tremendous opportunity to infuse sustainable workforce inclusion powered by Jobplex’s boutique solutions to clients, especially to those who perceive acquiring diverse executive talent as the only answer,” said Mr. Rowe. “With the backing of DHR’s executive search and leadership consulting services, we can better strengthen business outcomes by advising clients on harnessing the diverse talents of those we court and recruit on their behalf.”
Previously, Mr. Rowe was president and partner with WB&B Executive Search. In this role, he established the non-profit practices and led countless leadership engagements including those supporting the mission of the LGBTQ community. Prior to leading diversity executive search, he held several management roles in human resources. In his last corporate role director, he held talent acquisition and talent management responsibilities where he played key role during the company’s merger-integration, as well as supporting the expansion of its ecommerce business. During his career, Mr. Rowe has held senior HR roles with Macy’s, Pfizer, Towers Perrin and Chase Manhattan Bank. He started his career creating access for financially disadvantaged black and Hispanic college bound students throughout New York City, which created the foundation for his people-centered interests with diversity equity and inclusion, and talent development.
Mr. Rowe has served as trustee of Utica College’s board for 16 years and is currently chair of the compensation committee and had previously chaired the student life and educational experiences committees. He was the college’s first young alumni trustee and delivered the 2011 convocation address. During the 2015/2016 academic year, Mr. Rowe played a leadership role during Utica College’s presidential search. A first generation American from Sierra Leone, West Africa, Mr. Rowe holds a bachelor’s degree in international management from Utica College and received a master’s degree in organizational change management from The New School.
Recent Growth

He brings knowledge and experience in growing and scaling leadership roles across all departments within software-as-a-service based businesses, complemented by his specialty in product and engineering leadership across a myriad of industries.
Jobplex also added Agathe Lerolle as managing partner in the retail practice group. She will be based out of the firm’s New York office. With more than 15 years of experience as a practitioner, she is proficient at recruiting executives at both the emerging level and C-level for global companies. With knowledge of fashion and luxury brands, Ms. Lerolle has partnered with many of the most recognizable global brands.
