Horton International Expands in Austria with New Partnership

September 30, 2021 – Horton International has formed a partnership with Vienna, Austria-based RMI Partners, a retained consultancy specializing in leadership services for a diverse range of sectors. “We are delighted to further strengthen our presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region by welcoming RMI Partners, Austria, to the Horton International family,” said Maneesh Ajmani, chairman of the board at Horton International. “Peter Radlingmayr and the team bring a wealth of expertise in search, leadership coaching, assessment and organizational consulting that will no doubt offer synergies for our global partners.”
Launched in 2006, RMI Partners has a dedicated niche within the technology, financial services, medical, industrial, and utility sectors. Focusing on executive search and selection, the team offers a broad selection of associated services, including consultancy for improved in-house talent management, and bespoke coaching to support more informed business decision making.

Mr. Radlingmayr will bring 25 years of experience in search and selection to the Horton International group. He will continue in his role as RMI Partners’ national and international search expert, specializing in services for IT, telecomms and high-tech industries. Mr. Faber, who boasts of more than 20 years experience in executive search, works closely with medium sized and large multinational corporations hiring for niche and challenging roles, mostly in tech-branches. Previously he gained experience in mainly international roles within major brands including Shell, Philips, and Coca-Cola.
