Horton International Expands Global Life Sciences Practice

October 6, 2016 – Horton International – North America, a principal partner of Horton International, has appointed Molly A. Robb as a managing director for its global life sciences practice. She will be based in the U.S. and be responsible for expanding the firm’s life science practice sectors, including: biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostics/tools and web-enabled healthcare technology.

Throughout her 20 years as an executive search professional, Ms. Robb has attained a track record leading executive level consultancy assignments for technical and commercial leadership positions within public and private organizations.

Ms. Robb joins Horton from Korn Ferry’s healthcare and life sciences private equity and venture-backed healthcare practice. There and previously, she completed numerous executive search assignments, including chief executive officers, chief medical officers, chief financial officers and other senior level operators within early pre-clinical, clinical-stage and commercial-stage life sciences portfolio companies.

Mr. Hollander assumed his CEO post earlier this year when he replaced managing partners Larry Brown and Bob Gilchrist, who both remain with the firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Hollander has helped organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to global leaders, achieve their senior leadership and talent solutions objectives. Most recently, he was vice president of sales and marketing for William Raveis Mortgage.

Just recently, Horton elected Andreas Wartenberg as its new chairman of the board. He replaced Robin Billen, who is a managing partner of Horton International in Australia.
