HARTZ Search Helps Arizona Center for Cancer Care Recruits Chief Administrative Officer

June 27, 2025 – After an extensive national search, Charlotte, NC-based HARTZ Search has helped to recruit Tara Lock as the chief administrative officer of the Arizona Center for Cancer Care (AZCCC) in Scottsdale, AZ. Reporting directly to the chief managing officer, Ms. Lock will work in dyad leadership to oversee all aspects of operations, finance, legal, strategy, and business development. She will work alongside the leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategies that support the organization’s growth and expansion while also identifying opportunities for growth and partnerships to expand AZCCC’s services and patient base.
Ms. Lock most recently served as the chief operating officer at Carolina Kidney Partners. In this role, she was responsible for managing business development and new physician partnerships across three states. Prior to that, Ms. Lock was the health system administrator for oncology at Medical University of South Carolina, where she was accountable for the strategic planning, service line growth, integration of new acquisitions/partnerships, physician and staff satisfaction and retention, program quality, accreditations, and overall program success. Ms. Lock brings over 20 years of experience with a track record of executing strategic plans focused on growth and managing multi-location delivery systems.

HARTZ Search Places VP of Revenue Cycle for Southeast Georgia Health System
After an extensive national search, Charlotte, NC-based HARTZ Search has placed Julie Floyd as the vice president of revenue cycle at Southeast Georgia Health System. Ms. Floyd joins Southeast Georgia Health System from UNC Healthcare, where she held the role of system vice president, professional revenue operations, and previously the system executive director, physician revenue cycle. While at UNC Healthcare, she was the leader responsible for system-wide management of all physician revenue across 18 entities, including Ambulatory Surgery Centers (physician/hospital) and Federally Qualified Health Centers. Prior to UNC, Ms. Floyd was the associate chief revenue officer at University of Kentucky Healthcare in Lexington, KY.
HARTZ Search also recently recruited Melissa Trujillo as vice president of talent acquisition of INTEGRIS Health. Mary LaFrancois and Macy Thompson led the assignment. Ms. Trujillo was previously the director of talent acquisition for Ardent Health Services, where she led the recruitment strategy for non-clinical and allied health positions across the enterprise. She aligned talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and drove process improvements that reduced time-to-fill metrics and improved retention rates.
